Q. How long will the delivery take?
We always try to make sure all orders are shipped in time. Once your order is shipped, we won’t have any control on it, thus we couldn’t guarantee on how long the delivery will take. The delivery time varies depending on the destination areas, it may take 1-7 days (during work days) to complete. Please be aware that there is a chance of delay on your delivery, and if it’s the case, we won’t be responsible for it.

Once your order is shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation, including your order’s tracking number, to your email.
Q. Can I get a refund if I want to return my order?
Yes. We offer refunds if your new purchase is not to your liking and satisfaction. Please contact us first for this matter via email on email@example.com. We only accept returns under several circumstances, please refer to our Exchange and Return Policy for more information. The product(s) should be returned in or with its original packaging. Please be aware that it will take a couple of days to process your refunds.
